If your purchase was made through one of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly. For purchases made on tozzbike.com, please refer to our return policy outlined below.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an unused full-priced or sale item, in their original packaging; you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Sharing the proof of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Returning the product after using
If you’ve used your TOZZBIKE and are not fully satisfied, contact us to discuss the possibility of a return. A partial refund may be available, depending on the condition of the scooter. Please note, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover wear and tear (e.g., tire replacement or repair of frame scratches). Refunds for used scooters or items missing their original packaging will be processed at our discretion. - How to return the TOZZBIKE item?
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your scooter. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
After submitting your details, we will guide you through the next steps. For returns for global returns outside the Turkey, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the scooter back to us, which may be expensive.
If you purchased the item from our authorized dealers, you must contact with them for the refund process which will be supervised by TOZZBIKE. - Where to return?

Refund Policy
If your product is returned unused and with its original packaging intact, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, depending on the circumstances.
- Refund process duration
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the status updates will be communicated by our support team. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The transaction time will depend on the card issuer. - Costs of shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect), we will refund the shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. - Customs duties
If you paid import duties, you may be able to claim these back from your local customs office. Please check with them for more information.
